New York: Do you eat, sleep and drink your mobile phone, literally? Limit your internet urge as men using cell phones for over four hours a day are at a greater risk of impotency than those who use it for less than two hours, an alarming research has indicated.
Two new studies in Austria and Egypt have linked daily cell phone use to erectile dysfunction (ED).
The researchers believe the damage could be caused by the electromagnetic radiation emitted by handsets or the heat they generate.
For the study, the researchers recruited 20 men with erectile dysfunction and another group of 10 healthy men with no complaints of ED.
Researchers asked 20 men with erectile dysfunction about mobile phone habits, and compared the results to those from 10 healthy men. Men who had previously reported impotence were found to carry their mobiles for a significantly longer time than those without the condition.There was no difference between either group regarding age, weight, height, smoking, total testosterone or exposure to other known sources of radiation.
Scientists found that men who had erectile dysfunction carried switched-on cell phones for an average of 4.4 hours daily, whereas the men without erectile dysfunction averaged 1.8 hours.
“Men who use mobile phones could be risking their fertility,” said the researchers in a report published in the latest newsletter of Environmental Health Trust (EHT).
A non-profit organisation, EHT focuses on raising awareness on the negative impacts of unsafe cell phone use and performing cutting-edge research on cell phone radiation.
However, neither study found sperm count was affected.
“Our study showed the total time of exposure to the cell phone is much more important than the relatively short duration of intense exposure during phone calls,” the researchers noted.
Since the preliminary study was small-scale, the researchers concluded that the results indicated a need for larger-scaled studies.

Standing side bend: Standing side bend is one of the most powerful exercise to stretch your body and also reduce the waist and belly fat.Stand vertically on the floor and bend side by side at least try to hold on for 15 seconds each side.

Daniel Kish is a totally blind man who has transformed the world’s perception of his “disability” into a super power. His story is truly amazing! Without sight, he uses sound to “see” his environment just like a bat does using sonar.
He can do extraordinary things that blind people can’t and people with eyes take for granted. He mountain bikes and camps out alone for weeks while navigating through trails, cross rivers and avoiding trees!
Born with an aggressive form of cancer called retinoblastoma, which attacks the retinas, Daniel Kish has been blind since both of his eyes were removed when he was 13 months old. Now 44, his adaptation to a world of darkness has been so remarkable that some don’t believe that he is blind.
He has given his own name to his technique, which he refers to as “Flash Sonar”, but it is a phenomenon with a scientific name known as echolocation. By clicking his tongue, he creates sound waves, which travel at a speed of more than 1,000 feet per second. These waves of sound bounce off every object around him, and return to his ears in the form of slight echoes. Kish has trained himself to hear these echoes and to interpret their meaning.
These readings allow Daniel to decipher information that on the surface would appear impossible for a blind person. He can be incredibly precise about the distance between two trees on a lawn and how far away from a curb a car might be parked. In addition to bats, Beluga whales and dolphins interpret sound in the same fashion.
His mantra is complete and unfettered independence and his mission is to change the way the world views blind people, and the way blind people view the world. He runs a non-profit organization called World Access for the Blind, which is headquartered in his home. There he offers access training on how to utilize echolocation to interpret the environment, and so far, more than 500 students have benefited from his teachings.
Dan may not be the first blind person to use this technique, but he is the first to document it, break it down into all of its parts and to develop a method for teaching it to others.

The cells of a cockroach tend to divide less frequently than some cells within humans. Cockroaches manage to survive in all types of climate, and successfully resist the action of many pesticides.
The outer cover of a cockroach’s body, called the cuticle, cannot be easily penetrated by many chemicals. Even if a harmful substance enters the body of a cockroach, the cockroach has the ability to excrete it much before the substance starts working. When a harmful chemical gets into its system, the metabolism of a cockroach increases to decompose and render the substance ineffective.
The sun’s magnetic field will reverse polarity at some point in the coming weeks, sending ripples to the edge of interstellar space.
The Sun is set to “flip upside down” within weeks as its magnetic field reverses polarity in an event that will send ripple effects throughout the solar system.
Although it may sound like a catastrophic occurrence, there’s no need to run for cover. The sun switches its polarity, flipping its magnetic north and south, once every eleven years through an internal mechanism about which little is understood
The swap could however cause intergalactic weather fronts such as geomagnetic storms, which can interfere with satellites and cause radio blackouts.
Nasa said in August that the change would happen in three to four months time, but it is impossible to give a more specific date. Scientist won’t know for around another three weeks whether the flip is complete.
The impact of the transfer will be widespread as the sun’s magnetic field exerts influence well beyond Pluto, past Nasa’s Voyager probes positioned near the edge of interstellar space.
The event will be watched closely by researchers at Stanford University’s Wilcox Solar Observatory, which monitors the sun’s magnetic field on a daily basis.
Todd Hoeksema, director of the Wilcox Solar Observatory, said the polarity change is built up throughout the eleven year cycle through areas of intense magnetic activity known as sunspots which gradually move towards the poles, eroding the existing opposite polarity.
Eventually, the magnetic field reduces to zero, before rebounding with the opposite polarity. “It’s kind of like a tide coming in or going out,” Hoeksema said. “Each little wave brings a little more water in, and eventually you get to the full reversal.”
One of the most noticeable effect on Earth will be a boost in the occurrence, range and visibility of auroras – the Northern Lights. “It’s not a catastrophic event, it’s a large scale event that has some real implications, but its not something we need to worry about,” added Hoeksema.
According to the Guiness book of records the worlds largest and deepest swimming pool is located at the San Alfonso del Mar resort in Chile. It holds an amzing 66 million gallons of water and is more than 1000 yards long! The water is so beautifully clear that you can see the bottom of the pool even at the deepest part which is 115 feet deep. It cost close to one billion dollars to build and the yearly cost of maintaining the pool it estimated to be approximately 2 million dollars.
This is a salt water lagoon style pool that uses a computer controlled suction and filtration system to ensure that fresh, clean sea water is constantly circulating. Construction of the pool took around five years, it was completed in 2006 and it is very comfortable to swim in as the sun warms it to a perfect 26C … so it is 9C warmer than the nearby sea. It has been attracting record numbers of tourists to the area since it first opened and likely will continue to do so.
Being skinny is not healthy, not when it starts to affect your personal and professional life. I was always on the healthier side of the weight and BMI index recommended for the people my age and height by doctors and medical studies across the globe. Suddenly, I pushed myself to lose weight and then was facing many health problems as I became scrawny, underweight and coupled with my tendency to not gain weight easily, it only added to my health troubles and woes. I then tried the following ways to gain weight in a health controlled and easy manner.
1) Firstly, eating wrong foods is not to gain weight, they add to bulk, cholesterol and only add to couple of health problems you already are troubled with. So, fast food, street food or too much eating is not the answer. Eat fruits like bananas, and healthy fat foods every 4 hours though out the day and don’t skip meals.
2) Eat more foods that are packed with all nutrients, and add more kinds of food. Pick up full cream milk instead of a skimmed one, eat more salads, dairy products, fish, eggs, eat the soy, curd, pulses, lentils, and vegetables. Eat healthier and get all kinds of nutrients.
3) Eat foods that have more nutrients but come in small packaging like’s peanuts, all kinds of nuts, use clarified butter instead of low fat oil for cooking food. Dress your salads with virgin olive oil to pack a punch and at the same time add extra nutrient to your diet to gain weight.
4) Eat a heavy meal before you go to bed or get some sleep. Dinner is supposed to be light but heavy dinners right before sleep are a simple way to gain weight and add that extra spoon of butter. Heavy dinner followed by no or little activity will ensure that all nutrients and fats are simple stored in the body and not wasted or used in any physical activity.

5) Above all, stay hydrated and consume as much water as possible and other liquids. Above all, do some exercises in consultation with a trained and experienced trainer to focus on the right weight gain areas and ensure healthy weight gain.
Above all, you should always go to a doctor to ensure that there are no other underlying health problems for the weight loss or one’s inability to gain weight. In my case, the above few changes to diet and a consistency with my health regime I was able to sustain and maintain healthy weight gain.

This is known to everyone that going to bed with full stomach is big mistake. You might have also experienced the heartburn after fatty meals. There is a proved list of food with reason, you should never eat before going to bed.
1. Alcohol Of Any Kind : Think of Alcohol a fun time at the time of party of functions. 3. Red Meat : Red meat is a good source of nutrition, proteins and iron. If you are eating red meat, then it’s recommended to to go to bed after a long time. So, after eating red meat you will not be able to get deep-state sleep.
4. Few Veggies To Avoid : Vegetables such as onions, cabbage contain high amounts of insoluble fiber which will make you feel full for a longer period of time. Know the vegetables which has high amounts of insoluble fiber and avoid them eating before bed time.
5. Pasta : Easiest food to prepare when hungry, but did you know that it has rich source of carbohydrates that will eventually turn into fat when you hit the bed.
6. Pizza : Pizza is very greasy and it has ingredients that contain high levels of acidity, thus increasing the risk for heartburn

A young boy in China has been dubbed “Fish Boy” because he is covered head-to-toe in itchy scales. As reported in Huffington Post, the boy suffers from a severe case of ichthyosis, after the ancient Greek word for fish, which is a rare and inherited skin disease that is as of now, incurable.
Pan Xianhang, who is just 8 years old, was born with a rare and incurable genetic disease that sees skin cracking all over his body. According to Examiner.com, it also affects his ability to sweat, “causing him to ‘overheat.’ He is also always at risk from secondary skin infections which could lead to systemic infections if not treated properly.”
Most ichthyosis sufferers develop dry scaly skin across part of their body, but Pan’s case is severe: his scales have affected the shape of his eyes, nose, mouth and ears – and they limit the movement of his arms and legs. Sufferers are treated with creams, oils and moisturizers, which are designed to hydrate the skin.
The boy’s mother told El Periodico that she wants her son to be able to go to school without the constant need to scratch.
A similar case was documented by a British channel which followed the story of a Vietnamese teenager Minh Anh, who was abandoned as a baby after he was born with a severe form of Ichthyosis. The documentary is called “The Boy They Call Fish” and can be seen below.
According to the Foundation for Icthyosis and Related Skin Types (FIRST), “the ichthyoses (plural) are a family of genetic diseases characterized by dry, thickened, scaling skin.” The incidence of this painful condition is somewhere between one in 250 and one in 5,000, or about 16,000 babies born with this condition each year, though symptoms are not always seen at birth.
